Hair, Make Up and Getting into your Gown

Reasons for Checking In - IMPORTANT
The only way we will know for certain that everyone is in the right place at the right time is to have a check in point. For ladies it is Savannah Theatre. Some of you will check in, then be taken just across Chippewa Square to Bryson Hall. Once your hair and make up are done, you’ll come back to the theater to dress.
NOTE: Even if you don’t take advantage of the hair and make up help, please bring your gown to Bryson Hall no later than 1-1/2 hours prior to your ceremony.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE STYLISTS AN MAKE UP ARTISTS!!
Please arrive at the theater (schedule below) with clean DRY hair and a clean, face with no makeup. The wonderful professionals will take care of everything.
BRING YOUR WEDDING GOWNS ---- Volunteers will be on hand to help you get dressed once your hair and make up are done. There will be several photographers covering the “beauty salon” and you will have photography fun once dressed and before you get on your trolley to go to your ceremony. The theater is big and has many seats….so if done early, you can relax, visit and enjoy being with the other ladies.
When do I arrive at the theater?
If your ceremony is at 3:00 PM, please arrive by 11:00 AM
If your ceremony is at 3:30 PM, please arrive by 12:30 Noon
If your ceremony is at 4:00 PM, please arrive by 1:00 PM
If your ceremony is at 4:30 PM, please arrive by 1:30 PM.
As the ladies before you are done, you will get the next turn. Some ladies will have makeup done first, others will have hair done first.
